Hello!
We’re Ryan and Kate and we have lots of family and friends in Austin and in the Lakeway area particularly which was great for us with the lake, river, hiking trails, etc. We’ve loved it here! Then we were so blessed when we found our dream home here nestled in the oaks and right near the river. It needed some work and with tool belts on we’ve done a lot so far to make this place feel like our little (not so little) cottage. We did all of the renovations ourselves (with a little help, but mostly ourselves, I promise!) and still have so much planned for the property. But sadly we have to travel a lot for work and can’t always be here, but that gave us the opportunity to let other families come and enjoy our home while we’re away! We really do hope you like it and make great memories for your family here. We hope it makes you as happy as it makes us.
